One More Reason to Be Heavily Armed in Vegas

Bad shit happens in Las Vegas just about every day. Much of it is done by bad people who don't give a flying f*ck if they leave you dead or crippled for life.

The video below provides just another good reason why we should all be carrying concealed firearms at all times. This hit-and-run happened a couple of weeks ago at a gas station on Flamingo:

 

The scumbag with California license plates is still at large as far as I know. Contact Vegas PD if you know anything about the incident.

I would've loved to have seen the old guy pull out a .45 ACP from a concealed IWB holster and pop a few rounds through the windshield...

Gloria Eun Hye Lee Thompson... aka "Crazy Gloria Lee The Puppy Arsonist"... has been very active on Twitter over the years. She's used it to promote her pet shop and to stay in contact with all her good buddies and celebrity clients, including Criss Angel and Paris Hilton.

Yes, Paris Hilton buys her dogs from Gloria Lee's pet shop.

You can't make this shit up.

Criss Angel even put up a $5000 reward when his puppy was mysteriously "stolen" from Gloria's shop exactly one year ago. No word yet on whether he ever got the little guy back.

Gloria has tweeted quite a few gems but there are a few that really stand out, especially now that she's facing many years in prison for trying to burn 27 puppies alive.

On January 24th a local Las Vegas boxer, and Zab Judah associate, named Kirk R. Bills had his professional debut at a Golden Boy Promotions event in Indio, CA. He was rocked early in the fight by opponent Jesus Delgado but was able to hold on and finish the 4 round bout.

Unfortunately for Mr. Bills, even with his friend and former world champ Zab shouting instructions at him from ringside, he wasn't able to win a single round and lost by unanimous decision.

Even more unfortunate, last week someone persuaded Bills to pour gasoline all over the kennels of 27 defenseless puppies and then light it on fire.

He was caught on video helping local businesswoman Gloria Lee Thompson set fire to her pet shop, the Prince & Princess Pet Boutique located near 215 and Rainbow.

According to the police report, he walked around the store pouring gasoline on everything in the store while Ms. Lee gathered paperwork from the office. As they were leaving Bills lit a rolled up newspaper and ignited the gas.

Gloria Lee's infamous puppy-mill store sells purebred "toy breed" puppies worth 1000's of dollars each. So the obvious goal of the arson was to commit insurance fraud for profit. In other words, these two people were willing to burn over 2 dozen dogs alive just to collect insurance money.

Only through sheer luck - combined with some fast action from Las Vegas firefighters, a very good fire sprinkler system, and possibly the hand of a benevolent God - all the puppies eventually made it out of the blaze alive.

As of this moment Kirk Bills has not yet been arrested and is a free man. He lives in Henderson, Nevada (a Las Vegas suburb) but could very well be on his way back to his native Chicago.

You have to wonder what was going through Kirk Bills's mind when he was throwing gasoline on dozens of helpless puppies. You also have to wonder: how 2 people can be so stupid and evil at the same time?

I would love to watch someone make Kirk Bills do the chicken dance like his buddy Zab used to do:



Actually, he and his friend Gloria deserve a lot worse than that.

I've been to the Prince and Princess Pet Boutique on 2 separate occasions. It's right next to an Einstein Bros bagel shop I go to occasionally and I'm always on the look out for cool stuff for my dogs (I have a bunch).

As soon as I walked in the 1st time times things felt very "off" to me. Asshole-ish people (including Gloria Lee herself), strange couldn't-care-less attitudes all around, and unbelievably over-priced crap products, like fake "Gucci" collars and Louis Vuitton pet carriers (LOL!). Oh, and lots of cute little toy breed puppies suffering all day long in small, poop-filled plexiglas boxes... puppies that cost up to $3000 each.

When I returned the second time (only because a friend asked me to go "puppy window shopping" with her) it was deja vu all over again. Gloria Lee was behind the counter dressed like a 16 year old Korean hooker with clown makeup on. She stared at her cell phone the entire time we were there.

The one other girl working eventually came to help us and my friend asked to look at a white teacup chihuahua puppy. He was definitely cute as hell but when the girl quoted a price of $2300 my friend nearly dropped him. I just laughed and looked at her like she was crazy.

Everything about Prince & Princess screams "PUPPY MILL" shop. Places like it are very good reminders of why everyone should adopt a rescue. Or at least buy directly from a responsible breeder.

Anyway....

I'm very glad that Gloria Lee-Thompson isn't overly bright, doesn't understand how sprinkler system technology works, and was unsuccessful in her arson/murder attempt. I just hope they put her and her buddy Kirk Bills away for a long, long time.
